I talk about teams a lot here because it always takes a village to help our children. I have spent some time trying to find the best way to organize everyone who works with our kids and have not found a lot that fits.

I have tried to find a good mobile app because then it is always with you and one that could share would be even better. I have found great apps for certain things but not one that works well for everything. They have good ones for medicine, good ones for contacts and contact groups. It should not be that hard.

So I have gone back to and rely on my trusty little excel sheet. I have tabs for different things and can email it to my self or husband to get to if needed on my phone. Not the best but it works. To help all of you click here to get the document. It has two tabs. Let me know if it helps.
