I have been doing a lot of soul searching recently. I am trying to make some personal decisions about the rest of my life. In doing that Chris, my husband, told me I needed to watch Brene Brown’s show on Netflix. I did and I was hooked. Today I heard her parents manifesto on her podcast with Oprah and I knew I had to share it here. Now, I am sure most of you are light years ahead of me and know who Brene Brown is and all about this but just in case I have found someone, like me, with whom all of this is brand new, I wanted to share. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did.
